1. Introduction
www.learnwithjohn.com is owned and operated by JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC. By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any digital product, membership, coaching service, class, or other paid offering provided through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.
If there is any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms & Conditions and a translated version, the English version will control.
2. Products, Memberships, and Offer Names
These Terms apply to all digital products, memberships, and related services offered by JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC, regardless of the product, membership, package, or offer name used at the time of purchase.
Product and offer names may change over time. Access may also be sold or provided through different standard, discounted, promotional, complimentary, or individually arranged offers.
A change to a product or offer name does not create a new product or alter the price, billing schedule, access period, or included benefits agreed to by an existing customer at the time of purchase or enrollment.
3. Digital Product and Membership Refund Policy
All digital product and membership sales are final. Except where a refund is legally required, full and prorated refunds are not offered after a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.
Purchasing a digital product or membership and then immediately canceling or requesting a refund does not make the purchase eligible for a refund.

Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or failure to provide the purchased access. These exceptions do not create a general right to a refund.
4. Membership Renewals and Cancellations
Recurring memberships automatically renew according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time to prevent the next automatic renewal. Cancellation applies only to future renewals and does not reverse or refund a payment that has already been processed.
After cancellation, access will ordinarily remain available until the end of the current paid membership period unless access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms.
Customers are responsible for canceling before the next scheduled renewal date if they do not wish to be charged again.
5. Live Coaching and Scheduled Classes
For live coaching sessions, private lessons, group classes, and other scheduled live services, cancellation eligibility is determined based on the amount of time remaining before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations Made at Least 7 Days in Advance
If a cancellation request is submitted at least seven days (168 hours) before the scheduled start time, the customer is eligible for a refund of 95% of the amount paid for the canceled session or class.
The remaining 5% is retained as a cancellation and payment-processing fee. Payment-processing fees charged when the original transaction is completed are not returned to JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC when a customer is refunded. The 5% retained amount is intended to account for these non-refundable transaction costs as well as the administrative processing associated with the cancellation and refund.
Cancellations Within 7 Days
If a cancellation request is submitted less than seven days (168 hours) before the scheduled start time, the payment is non-refundable.
This policy reflects the fact that scheduled coaching and class times are reserved specifically for the customer and that short-notice cancellations may leave insufficient time to make that appointment available to another customer.
Same-day cancellations and failure to attend a scheduled session or class without prior cancellation are also non-refundable.
If a scheduling conflict arises, customers are encouraged to contact us as early as possible. Requests to change a scheduled appointment may be considered based on availability, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, these cancellation and refund conditions apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
6. License and Usage Rights
Purchasing a digital product or membership grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the included content for your own personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publicly display, rebrand, modify, or commercially use the content without prior written permission from JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may result in further legal action.
Employees or representatives of a company, publishing house, school, or other organization may not purchase or use an individual license for internal organizational distribution. Written permission is required before sharing content with colleagues, employees, clients, students, or other individuals.
7. Access and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
Account access may not be transferred to or shared with another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, content is shared without authorization, payment is not completed, or the account is used fraudulently or unlawfully.
Termination resulting from a violation of these Terms does not make the customer eligible for a refund.
For any offering described as “Lifetime Access,” “평생 이용권,” or a similar term, “lifetime” refers to the operating lifetime of the applicable product or service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Access remains available only while the applicable product, service, or platform continues to be actively offered and maintained by JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content provided through www.learnwithjohn.com, including text, videos, audio, images, downloads, frameworks, lessons, resources, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not claim ownership of, copy, rebrand, sell, modify, distribute, or create unauthorized derivative works from these materials.
Suspected unauthorized use, distribution, or copyright infringement may be reported to [email protected].
9. Educational Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All products, memberships, coaching services, classes, and related materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Results are not guaranteed and will vary depending on factors including the customer’s circumstances, participation, effort, consistency, and application of the material.
JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC is not responsible for business, financial, educational, professional, or personal decisions made based on the provided content. Customers are responsible for how they use and apply the information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

상품이나 오퍼의 명칭이 변경되더라도 새로운 상품이 만들어진 것으로 간주되지 않으며, 기존 고객이 구매 또는 등록 당시 동의한 가격, 결제 주기, 이용 기간 및 포함 혜택은 변경되지 않습니다.
3. 디지털 상품 및 멤버십 환불 정책
모든 디지털 상품과 멤버십 판매는 최종적입니다. 법률상 환불이 의무적으로 요구되는 경우를 제외하고, 구매가 완료되고 이용 권한이 제공된 후에는 전액 또는 일부 환불이 제공되지 않습니다.
디지털 상품이나 멤버십을 구매한 직후 구독을 취소하거나 환불을 요청하는 경우에도 해당 구매가 환불 대상이 되는 것은 아닙니다.

4. 멤버십 자동 갱신 및 취소
정기 결제 멤버십은 결제 시 안내된 결제 주기에 따라 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
다음 자동 갱신을 방지하기 위한 구독 취소는 언제든지 가능합니다. 구독 취소는 향후 갱신에만 적용되며, 이미 처리된 결제를 취소하거나 환불하는 것은 아닙니다.
본 이용약관 위반으로 이용 권한이 종료되는 경우를 제외하고, 구독 취소 후에도 일반적으로 현재 결제된 멤버십 이용 기간이 끝날 때까지 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
다음 결제를 원하지 않는 고객은 예정된 갱신일 전에 직접 구독을 취소할 책임이 있습니다.
5. 라이브 코칭 및 예약 수업
라이브 코칭, 1:1 수업, 그룹 수업 및 기타 예약된 실시간 서비스의 취소 및 환불 여부는 예약된 수업 시작 시간까지 남은 시간을 기준으로 결정됩니다.
수업 시작 7일 전까지 취소하는 경우
예약된 수업 시작 시간으로부터 최소 7일(168시간) 이전에 취소를 요청하는 경우, 해당 수업에 대해 결제한 금액의 95%를 환불해 드립니다.
나머지 5%는 취소 및 결제 처리 수수료로 환불되지 않습니다. 최초 결제 시 발생한 결제 처리 수수료는 고객에게 환불을 진행하더라도 JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC에 반환되지 않습니다. 따라서 해당 5%에는 반환되지 않는 결제 처리 비용과 취소 및 환불 처리에 필요한 행정 비용이 포함됩니다.
수업 시작 7일 이내에 취소하는 경우
예약된 수업 시작 시간으로부터 7일(168시간) 미만이 남은 시점에 취소를 요청하는 경우에는 환불이 불가합니다.
예약된 수업 시간은 해당 고객을 위해 미리 확보되며, 수업일이 임박한 시점에 취소될 경우 해당 시간을 다른 고객에게 다시 제공하기 어려울 수 있기 때문에 적용되는 정책입니다.
당일 취소 및 사전 취소 없이 예약된 수업에 참석하지 않는 경우에도 환불이 제공되지 않습니다.
일정 변경이 필요한 경우 가능한 한 미리 문의해 주세요. 일정 변경 요청은 가능한 일정에 따라 검토될 수 있으나, 변경 가능 여부가 보장되는 것은 아닙니다.
관련 법률에서 달리 요구하는 경우를 제외하고, 취소 사유와 관계없이 본 취소 및 환불 조건이 적용됩니다.
6. 라이선스 및 사용 권한
디지털 상품이나 멤버십을 구매하면 포함된 콘텐츠를 개인적인 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도 불가능한 개인 라이선스가 부여됩니다.
JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC의 사전 서면 승인 없이 콘텐츠를 복제, 재배포, 재판매, 공유, 공개 전시, 브랜드 변경, 수정 또는 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

“평생 이용권,” “Lifetime Access” 또는 이와 유사한 표현이 사용된 상품에서 “평생”은 구매자의 생애가 아니라 해당 상품 또는 서비스가 운영되는 기간을 의미합니다. 해당 상품, 서비스 또는 플랫폼이 JOHN CORRADI VENTURES LLC에 의해 계속 제공되고 운영되는 동안에만 이용 권한이 유지됩니다.
